OUR PROCESS

Step 1: Preparation

  • Determine goals: When we first get in contact, we discuss your brand’s marketing goals, target audience, the type of content and deliverables you are looking for, and draft a tailored package to most effectively help your brand with its social media marketing objectives.

  • Proposal: Based on your answers, we draft a proposal outlining the strategy, scope, timeline, and budget for your campaign.

  • 1st Invoice: Once you are happy with the plan, we’ll finalize the agreement, and send over a contract to be signed. We ask for a 50% upfront payment. 

Step 2: Creation

  • Production: We work out our ideas and create the content. We handle everything, from creative direction to post-production and everything in between.

  • Timeline: Expect the content ready for review within 14 days after the shoot. 

  • Revision: Before anything goes live, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the content. We’re committed to getting it right so feel free to mention your input. One revision is included. 

  • Launch campaign: With your approval, we’ll launch the campaign. Whether this includes posting content on our Instagram account or sending the content to be downloaded from our easy-to-use gallery. 

Step 3: Finalization

  • 2nd Invoice: When all deliverables have been delivered, we send over an invoice for the remaining 50% of our agreed rate. 

  • Campaign report: In the 14 days after the content goes live, we’ll monitor the performance of the campaign. On the 14th day, you’ll receive a detailed campaign report including the key performance metrics and valuable insights for future campaigns. 

  • Feedback: We ask for your review of our collaboration and any suggestions for improvement. This final step is very important to us as we aim to consistently get better at exceeding your brand’s marketing goals.
